The master of its art – with FELIX
The new compact dicing and strip cutting machine opens up a wide range of possibilities for cutting and grating. The spacious 96 mm / 3 4/5" cutting chamber enables the product to be loaded comfortably without the inconvenience of pre-cutting. Meat, sausage, bacon and ham can be diced and cut just as easily as fruit, fish, cheese or vegetables.The dynamic hydraulic system – DHS - sets new economical and ecological standards by preventing the overheating of machine parts. On the one hand, this saves energy and creates the hygienic conditions for the processing of food, and on the other, it guarantees that products are fed into the cutting chamber gently. The unique dual stroke two-part grid system makes possible precise dicing and strip slicing of the most delicate products by providing twice the normal cutting length at reduced cutting pressure.
Particularly handy is the new "click and go" gridset mounting system which enables changeovers to grating discs, for example, to be made in a matter of seconds. The range of different disc sizes allows the coarse or fine grating of potatoes, radishes, carrots and cabbage salad.
The max. production capacity of the FELIX is 800 kg per hour (the max. production capacity of the FELIX S is 1050 kg per hour).
By means of standardised containers on trolleys which fit underneath the machine, the discharged product can be transported quickly, safely and hygienically. For all Felix versions there is an extensive range of accessories available, making the FELIX a valuable asset for all kind of applications.

Vegetables and fruit may be grated finely or coarsely, or even sliced wafer-thin with the optional grating disc.
