Endurance and precision with a minimum of manpower – RAPTOR

Non-stop dicing, strip cutting and grating with a minimum of manpower - that´s what the RAPTOR is designed to provide! This enables the machine to cut up to 4.5 tons of meat into 34 mm / 1 ³/₁₀" dices in one hour! The operator´s job is simply to ensure that the 200 litre standard trolley is always full. The product is loaded automatically from the trolley into the hopper with the help of the lifting and tilting device.

For cleaning and blade changes, the gridsets can be removed without tools, thanks to the four fixation points and the two locking bolts used for their installation.

One simple move and the hydraulic cylinders are accessible at working height for cleaning purposes.
