The WARAN dicer has been exclusively designed for cutting frozen goods. With a cutting output of up to 4.5 t/h / 9,920 lbs, the WARAN is the highest-performance frozen meat dicer on the market. The machine is loaded automatically via a conveyor belt hopper for five blocks or block lifts. You can also create production specific loading solutions.

The machine recognizes the product composition and automatically adjusts the speed of the cutting blade to suit it (vartronic technology). This always ensures optimum chamber pressure thereby creating ideal conditions both for the product and for the machine. The highest level of productivity is guaranteed by dual lateral compression which powerfully compresses blocks up to 175 mm / 6 ⁹/₁₀" high. On request, the WARAN can be equipped with a scale for precisely portioned dicing. In this way you get packaging units of a given weight.
