Portioning to exact weights - with the FALCON
With this machine, there are no half measures: the FALCON cuts boneless and bone-in products, wether fresh, cooked or smoked, into slices of the exact weight you require. It can process products of 820 mm; 32 1/3" in length and is capable of up to 240 cuts per minute, depending on the product.
