The precision portioning machine FALCON conti is loaded continuously via a conveyor belt, without manual lid opening. Once the operator has placed the products on the conveyor belt, the gripper moves down to the product and grips it accurately. Wastage is minimal because it requires very little product volume.

At the other end of the product, the pneumatic gripping assistant securely supports the product. During the cutting process, the laser guided set-down holder ensures the stability of the product so nothing is left to chance. The special thing about this is the fact that the set-down holder adapts to every product profile, meaning that goods are perfectly stabilized, irrespective of their shape. The product fixing system comprises gripper, gripping assistant and laser guided set-down holder: only product stability - combined with state-of-the-art scanner technology (360° high-speed scan) - leads to first-class weight results. The FALCON conti can work in production lines and can therefore be integrated into automated production processes. This makes the portioning machine a reliable partner in the chain of production.
