With DISKUS 400+ you can cut all sorts of bread oven-fresh with a length up to 400 mm / 15 4/5" and with an average of max. 330 mm / 13" - all without blade lubrication.
DISKUS 400+ minimizes with only 800 mm / 31 1/2" wide, 700 mm / 27 3/10" depth and 1,100 mm / 43 3/10" height - but offers nevertheless high slicing power: the machine cuts 130 slices in a minute with its teflon-coated circular blade.
DISKUS 400+ has a one-button operation system. All functions can be called up using one button.
