Mlekarna Celeia - the second largest dairy co-op in Slovenia – has installed a fully integrated line for cutting and packaging of cheese. There is equipment from 4 machine manufacturers in the line. The portioning part was supplied by TREIF. The portion cutting machine FALCON conti cuts the cheese into portions of prescribed weights. “TREIF´s part is working exceptionally well, the more so, if we take into account the highly demanding overall operation that we are running” – this is what Mlekarna Celeia says after the first year of working with the new line.
