Even with the self-service machine, DISKUS SB, TREIF remains true to its principle of oil-free cutting. The DISKUS SB cuts all types of bread cleanly. This bread cutting machine, which bears the GS approval mark (safety-tested to German standards), comes with a completely reliable safety system that prevents any risk of injury. The operator can select one of three predefined cutting thicknesses by simply pressing the button.

At the second-largest bakery product trade fair in Europe, Europain Paris, TREIF was awarded the innovation prize in March 2010 for the great innovation potential of the DISKUS SB.
