Perfect cheese dices for price-conscious ones: CASEUS basic
The dice and strip cutting machine CASEUS basic is designed down to the detail for the needs of cutting cheese products. Cheese can be cut in dices or stripes or rasped. The cheese specialist CASEUS basic achieves a cutting output of up to 2.0 t/h (depending on the product and application). The machine is loaded manually. Cuts of up to 50 mm cut thickness are possible.
An especially good cross section is achieved with the feed pressure regulation. Thanks to this regulation, the machine can be adjusted to various cheese consistencies.The formation of scraps or dices which are too small is minimal with the CASEUS basic. A special wiper on the discharge belt separates small parts from product material.In order to prevent scrap formation completely, it is possible to use sensor-supported cutting technology (optionally available).

Whether for Gouda, Emmental or mozzarella – the CASEUS can dice, slice and grate all types of cheese.

CASEUS basic be adjusted to various cheese consistencies.

The cheese matrix grids are specially designed for dicing cheese. They are also suitable for harder cheese consistence.
