Hygiene cylinder keeps hydraulic oil out of the cutting area

TREIF’s industrial dicers come with hygiene cylinders as standard. Whereas in conventional systems
hydraulic oil is able to enter the cutting chamber of the infeed cylinder as the piston plate moves forward,
thereby coming into contact with the product that is being cut, the TREIF hygiene cylinder is designed
in such a way as to stop hydraulic oil from entering the cutting chamber.
