Smooth cutting without oil

Advantage for the customer
A Teflon coated, specially ground blade makes it possible to cut
clean slices of even very fresh bread without using oil. The
advantages of working without cooking oil are obvious: apart
from saving costs and the hygienic advantage (no more oil
covered bread slices) you need much less time for cleaning
the machine.
